Jointly presented with MDCA, this free season opener is a lively gift to the public featuring Spanish and Spanish-influenced favorites including Ravel’s Bolero, the “Ritual Fire Dance” from DeFalla’s El Amor Brujo, and Danzon No. 2 by Marquez, plus several popular Spanish songs. Joining the orchestra will be special guest performers Doral Symphony Orchestra with singers Manuel Arvelaiz and Roque Cedeno.
