Towering 15 stories high above Brickell Avenue, 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar reflects the dynamic energy of Miami’s cultural mosaic. As you dine, you’ll be in awe of the spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and tempted to take a dive into the iconic 300-foot swimming pool. The beautiful, outdoor space feels like stepping into a mystical garden, and features communal tables, as well as a ten person private dining area for more intimate occasions.

Things we tried

The menu, prepared by Midwestern Chef Frank Rog, features contemporary, seasonal American dishes, served as smaller, mouth-watering portions that just have to be shared. And you’ll definitely savor the delicious blend of Latin, Asian, and Italian flavors that will leave your palate begging for more. It’s like traveling the world in one night!

Flora Dora
Of course, nothing gets things started like an exotic cocktail to whet the appetite. We kicked things off with a Flora Dora, a sinfully delish blend of fresh lime juice and muddled raspberries. Can you say A-MAZ-ING? The mixologist says, “It’s all about balance.” We say, “Please, keep them coming!”

Grilled Flatbread
This flatbread is elevated to levels of sophistication that match the metropolitan downtown feel. We tried the Summer Peach Grilled Flatbread, a thin, flavorful crust with a delicious combination of peaches, chevre, and crispy prosciutto. Delectable!

Asian Pear Salad
This mouth-watering dish is a perfect combination of curry granola and chevre espuma in a sweet, tart, and creamy dressing.

Bomba Rice
Bomba Rice is The Bomb! Baked in the oven like a pilaf, this mixture of crab, morels, asparagus escabeche and trumpet mushrooms has a rich, creamy risotto feel to it. You’ll be tempted to multiple helpings, but save room, because there’s so much more to explore!

Who doesn’t love lasagna? 15th & Vine’s deconstructed take on the classic dish, will make you adore it even more! A circular-shaped, layer of pasta gently blankets the perfect portion of summer vegetable Bolognese, Parmesan cream, crispy, pecorino cheese and crunchy salt. Each bite of this pasta is brimming with Mediterranean flavor that’ll take your taste buds on a European vacay.

Bacon Wrapped Dates
You’ll be begging to go on another date with this rich and tasty treat consisting of Marcona Almond and Blue Cheese Fondue. Each bite is meaty and crunchy, but don’t forget to dip into the gorgonzola cream sauce to maximize the awesome factor!

Butifarra Sausage
Uniquely presented on a standing cutting board with 4 legs, this rustic platter is a zesty fusion of Maple Baked Beans and Pickled Chayote. It felt like we were right on the farm in Germany!

Roasted 8 oz Ribeye
This cut of meat definitely raises the stakes. Sumptuous slices of perfectly roasted ribeye, drizzled in Red Wine Jus, and served with the Latin fave, Ropa Vieja. We were definitely roped in!
