Love all. Serve All. That’s the mantra of Hard Rock Café and its teams. And our own office team sure felt the love when we all walked through the glass doors and into the restaurant’s open, spacious floor plan. From the beams in the vaulted ceiling shaped like the neck and frets of a guitar, to the iconic memorabilia from artists such as REM, Prince, Paul Simon, Eddie Van Halen, and the Beatles lining the walls, it was quite the Grammy adventure. Immediately, we were given the Rock Star treatment, led to a table right by the center stage, where guitarists serenaded us with rock ballads, as our ace server, Brittany, paraded course after course of fantastic platters our way. We had the pleasure of experiencing what Hard Rock Café has been showing off for over 43 years: ultimate cuisine prepared by a team of culinary artists, exceptional service, and most of all, a unique dining experience that makes you feel part of a perfectly orchestrated show. The staff was like our own group’s personal entourage, determined to spoil us rotten. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, all our needs were anticipated and met with courtesy and graciousness. Located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, The Hard Rock Café, Hollywood is conveniently located to all major highways, making it accessible for all groups in in the tri-county area.
Things we tried
Take off and soar with this mini margarita delight! Made with Avion Silver Tequila and Cointreau Orange liqueur, this signature drink comes in wildberry, pomegranate, watermelon, blue curacao, mango, and cucumber. “Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy night!”
Talk about rock! This drink certainly does. Imagine Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey, Southern Comfort, Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur and Smirnoff Vodka, mixed with sweet & sour and topped with Sierra Mist.
Red Berry Press
You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better drink than this! This concoction of homemade lemonade, Svedka Clementine Vodka, fresh lemons, strawberries and raspberries is pressed tableside and great for sharing.
For those groupies out there that don’t follow the alcohol scene, this alcohol-free gem combines Finest Call Mango Purée, piña colada mix, and pineapple juice blended with a fresh strawberry swirl.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
You won’t be able to get enough of this warm, creamy blend of spinach, artichokes, and cheese, topped with Romano cheese and served with Parmesan flatbread.
Balsamic Tomato Bruschetta
Looking for a piece of heaven? Try this toasted artisan bread topped with herb cream cheese and marinated Roma tomatoes and fresh basil. Add a drizzle of basil oil and shaved Parmesan and you’ll be rockin’ and rollin’!
Grilled Chicken Arugula Salad
OMG, now THIS is a salad! It’s composed of baby arugula, thinly sliced grilled chicken, spicy pecans, dried cranberries and fresh oranges tossed in lemon balsamic vinaigrette, and topped with crumbled feta cheese. So good!
Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese
You’ll be tempted to Twist & Shout when you taste this delish dish made of Cavatappi macaroni tossed in a three-cheese sauce with roasted red peppers. It’s topped with Parmesan parsley bread crumbs and grilled chicken breast.
Grilled Norwegian Salmon
If you’re fishing for a tasty treat, this platter’s a great catch! This savory 8-oz filet is wrapped in cedar paper, grilled tender and drizzled with sweet and spicy barbecue sauce with maître de butter. And you’ll love the Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies that come with it.
Fried Shrimp Platter
You’ve never tasted fried shrimp this good! These lightly breaded jumbo shrimp are served with citrus coleslaw, seasoned fries, and spicy cocktail sauce. Speaking of cocktails, time for another one to complement this awesomeness!
Served on thin & crispy hand-tossed crust, this classic really hits the spot. Sliced vine-ripened tomatoes combine with caramelized garlic, mozzarella, and Romano cheese to form a perfect storm of tasty goodness. A fresh basil topping adds to the pleasure.
Roasted Vegetable & Goat Cheese
Looking for Pizza that packs a punch? This one’s got layers of grilled Portobello mushrooms, zucchini, roasted red bell pepper, caramelized onion, roasted garlic, tomato, goat cheese, mozzarella, and Romano cheese. Now that’s amore!
Smokehouse Specialties & Sandwiches
Holy Smokes! This platter’s on fire! The tender, St. Louis-style ribs fall-off-the-bone. They’re rubbed with signature seasonings and basted to perfection with hickory barbecue sauce.
Hickory-Smoked Barbecue Combo
Are you someone that likes to have it all? This dish is for you! We tried the ribs and chicken combo and couldn’t get enough.
This isn’t just a sandwich, it’s an adventure with a taste as big as the lone star state itself. You get a choice of hickory-smoked pulled pork or chicken (we had the pork), with chipotle barbecue sauce, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese, crispy fried jalapeños and onions, piled high on toasted brioche.
Burgers & Sandwiches
We had a real party with this juicy burger, served on a toasted brioche bun, layered with roasted jalapeno salsa, melted Jack cheese, freshly made guacamole, pico de gallo, crisp lettuce, and vine-ripened tomato.
Original Legendary Burger
Of course we had to try The One, The Burger That Started it All! This juicy, ½ lb. Certified Angus Beef burger is topped with smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, golden friend onion ring, crisp lettuce and vine ripened tomato. Did we mention it’s to die for? Local Legendary Burger (Cuban Burger) Each Hard Rock Café cranks up the Original Legendary Burger with a special entry that’s prepared with local flavor and flair. This Cuban Burger really lives up to its name with added plantain deliciousness!
Fresh Vegetable Sandwich
Veggie lovers will adore this sandwich, featuring a grilled Veggie Leggie patty topped with a grilled Portobello mushroom zucchini, yellow squash and roasted red pepper. It’s served on a toasted bun with mayo, leaf lettuce, sliced tomato, and grilled sweet onions.
Hot Fudge Brownie
Forget Paradise Lost. You just found it here! This decadent dessert features Ben & Jerry’s vanilla ice cream and hot fudge on a fresh homemade brownie, topped with chopped walnuts, chocolate sprinkles, fresh whipped cream, and a cherry on top!
Cheesecake Made with Oreo Cookie Pieces
Cheesecake lovers, your dream has come true! Made in-house, this treat offers a generous helping of Oreo cookies, baked into rich and creamy NY-Style cheesecake, and drizzled with Ghirardelli chocolate sauce with a decadent Oreo cookie crust.
Chocolate Molten Cake
This delight will melt in your mouth. It’s a dense, chocolatey cake with a lava-like center of rich, oozing molten chocolate, drizzled with Ghirardelli caramel sauce and served warm with vanilla ice cream.
Fresh Apple Cobbler
This one’s so good you’ll think grandma made it! Thick, juicy apples are mixed with the finest spices and baked until golden brown. It’s served warm with vanilla ice cream, and topped with walnuts and Ghirardelli caramel sauce.
These thick and creamy shakes feature a winning combo of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and alcohol! We tried the Twist & Shout Shake, which contains Bacardi OakHeart Spiced Rum, Guinness, DeKuyper Dark Crème de Cacao, chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream, and Monin Salted Caramel. It’s topped with whipped cream, caramel, chocolate syrup, and bacon pieces.
