Juneteenth Arts Festival

Join WBTT to celebrate our 3rd Annual Juneteenth Arts Festival! Come enjoy live performances from local artists, art from local creators, health and wellness workshops in partnership with community partners, and short films from local filmmakers and Ringling College students. Notable features include WBTT’s Soul Crooners: Solid Gold - a documentary produced by Marquis Dawsey. WBTT artists including rising stars from our Stage of Discovery Summer program will wow festival goers on our mainstage and Black-owned vendors will also be present including Food Trucks!

The festival will conclude with a FREE Jazz Concert in collaboration with Smooth Jazz Harbor online radio that features Dee Lucas, a 3x Billboard award International recording artist, and saxophonist.

“His style, from a horn perspective, is different from that of many traditional smooth jazz artists in terms of melodic phrasing," Dee Lucas mentioned, "I like taking off on an uncharted path in music and Something to Ride 2 is a representation of the journey that I take each time I pick up the sax."
